Mastering the commonly used shortcut keys of Protel, and using the mouse together, the efficiency of drawing will naturally be greatly improved.
Ctrl+5: Zoom in the screen by 50%; Ctrl+1: Zoom in the screen by 100%; Ctrl+2: Zoom in the screen by 200%; Ctrl+4: Zoom in the screen by 400%.
Page Up/Down: Zoom in (zoom out) ratio display. Each click will zoom in by 50% or 50%, and you can zoom in at a fixed point. Press and hold the left mouse button, drag to the component you want to zoom in, and then press Page Up/Down, and the selected component will be zoomed in to the current area.
A+X: The selected component will be colored (the color can be customized), and the color will disappear after pressing A+Z.
Ctrl+left mouse button: Connect the line to move the component. When you move a component in Protel, its connecting line will not move with it. At this time, you can press the left mouse button to select the component, then press and hold the A button, drag the component to the destination and release the A button. Note that you must release the A button first, then release the left mouse button. If you release the left mouse button first or release them at the same time, the move will not be successful.
Shift + Backspace key undoes the last operation. Each press undoes once. The number of undoes can be customized.
Ctrl + insert Copy the current object to the clipboard.
Shift + insert Paste the current schematic file of the clipboard object.
Z + R Refresh the screen, clear the remaining part of the screen and solve the problem of screen deformation.
