The living conditions of Chinese engineers revealed! Welcome to expose the truth! [Copy link]

Due to the economic environment, it is no exaggeration to say that the living conditions of Chinese engineers in the mental labor group are very similar to those of underground miners in the physical labor group. For example, they all bear huge pressure (of course, one is mental pressure and the other is physical pressure), and they often work overtime. Moreover, they are often noticed by others only after a major malicious incident is exposed. There is a saying that describes R&D engineers as "getting up earlier than chickens, eating less than pigs, and working more than donkeys..." In my many exchanges with foreign engineers, they all expressed their admiration for the hard-working spirit of Chinese engineers.
In order to let more people understand the group of engineers, let more people pay attention to the living conditions of engineers, and to do their best to improve this situation, we specially launched this post, hoping that engineers will provide clues on the following issues.
1. Years of work, current work location, industry and salary.
2. Company welfare;
3. Working hours, overtime.
4. Work intensity, number of projects
5. Other work content beyond ordinary people
are welcome to speak actively! But be sure to provide facts!

Please do not listen to his lies and leak your information! Everyone knows that engineers are an important force in national social construction. Once all the information of engineers is leaked, wouldn’t it fall into the hands of some conspiracy groups or even a certain country that is trying every means to collect intelligence on our engineers? ? ? ? For the safety of the country and yourself, I advise you not to leak your information and keep your own and your unit’s information confidential!

They get up earlier than chickens, eat less than pigs, and work harder than donkeys. Although it’s not that exaggerated, it’s almost there.

I think this is all due to the cultural differences between China and the West. We Chinese seem to be a little too eager for quick success~~~:(

Therefore, Chinese engineers all want to be bosses, while foreign engineers are willing to be engineers for life. Haha. In China, technology is not well accumulated and recognized.

I don't think it's that exaggerated! If it were, then engineers shouldn't rely on salary as their main income!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
