Our company is the original packaging process of chips. Now, during the last electroplating, uneven plating or color fading often occurs, causing the product to be scrapped.

After electroplating, there is only one process, 175 degrees OVEN 1 hour after the test. Can such a temperature affect the product?
The current phenomenon is that the electroplating thickness is uneven, the PCB cannot be welded, and some product legs are oxidized to light yellow.
