Fuse selection [Copy link]

Fuses with the same rated voltage, current, and time delay type (slow-blow/fast-blow) come in different types, such as square, ceramic, glass-sealed, and SMD. They also have high breaking and low breaking rates. So how do you decide which fuse to use for a power supply?
