Product Overview

The PC6001 is an ultra-high voltage tolerant linear regulator that combines the advantages of a thermally enhanced package and the ability to withstand continuous DC or transient input voltages up to 100V.

The PC6001 device is stable (overtemperature and surge protected) with any output capacitor greater than 2.2F and input capacitor greater than 0.47F. Given the small package and the small output capacitor possible, the implementation requires very little board space. In addition, an enable pin (EN) compatible with standard CMOS logic is provided to enable a low current shutdown mode.
