Overview

The PCD6101 is a precision voltage reference that combines robust operating characteristics with extremely low drift and low noise. Using advanced curvature compensation, this bandgap reference achieves 3ppm/°C drift and predictable temperature characteristics, as well as ± 0.04% initial voltage accuracy. It also provides 10VP-P noise and very low temperature cycling hysteresis.

The PCD6101 buffered output supports ± 10mA output drive (at low output impedance) and precise load regulation, and has built-in output short-circuit current protection. The TEMP pin can be used to detect device temperature. At the same time, the TRIM pin is used to fine-tune the output voltage value. The rated temperature range of the PCD6101 is – 55°C to 125°C. The device is available in 8-pin MSOP and 8-pin SO packages.
