Kintex XCKU060 high performance PCIe carrier board based on FMC

1. Board Overview
The main control chip of the board uses Xilinx's Kintex UltraScale series FPGA XCKU060-2FFVA1156. It has two 64-bit DDR4 SDRAMs onboard, each with a capacity of 2GB, and can run stably at 2400MT/s. It supports PCIE Gen3 x8 mode and one FMC HPC interface. It also provides Windows and Linux host computer drivers.
2. Main specifications
- Onboard main processor XCKU060-2FFVA1156I;
- Two sets of 64-bit DDR4 SDRAM, each with a capacity of 2GB;
- FPGA uses BPI loading mode
- The FMC interface provides 20 pairs of GTH and LA signals (non-FMC+ connector);
- Reserve JTAG and 12 expansion IOs, LVTTL 3.3V level;
- Supports using EEPROM to store data;
- Power supply sequencing and total power consumption monitoring;
- Onboard temperature sensor;
- Support Micro USB to serial port conversion;
- Support PCIe 3.0 X8 interface and high-speed data interaction with PC;
- Supports separate 12V power supply (independent of PC);
- Standard PCIe full height and half length 167.5 * 111 mm.
3. Product Application
- AD acquisition board, AI accelerated computing, fiber optic extension, and image processing.
4. Software Support
- Hardware, design tools, IP, and pre-verified reference designs;
- Demonstrate DDR IP software, PCIe XDMA transfer;
- FMC daughter card demonstration program.
