 In order to save costs, the STM32C0 series deleted the PLL clock, so the official used a 48MHz external crystal oscillator.

It's all small money. This kind of trial can be used as a preparatory activity for participating in some DIY or competitions. If the functions are better, you can directly participate in competitions (such as the annual Digi-Key Competition) and get reimbursement directly.
