## ==10: Data security storage EFlash== ### 10.1: EFlash overview and features The chip integrates 320KB of eFlash memory to store all key offline information and data of the chip. EFC is the eFlash controller, which completes eFlash Read, Program, Erase and other operations under the configuration of the CPU. Main features: Support eFlash read (8/16/32bit), write (32bit), erase and other operation processes. Read wait time is configured by software. The main area has up to 640 pages, each page is 512 bytes. The NVR area has 8 pages, each page is 512 bytes. Chip erase time is 10ms, page erase time is 2ms, word write time is 30us (max), read time is 50ns (max). ### 10.2: eFlash internal storage structure The main area flash memory includes 320K byte eFlash, and each Page size is 512 bytes.  640*512=327680; 327680/1024=320KB; ### 10.3: Read and write process The Program process is shown in the figure below:  The erase process is shown in the figure below:  ### 10.4: Code implementation: eflash reading and writing does not require other configuration files, and can be directly read and written.
