Based on what I have seen and heard in the past five years, I would like to summarize the common characteristics of junk companies. [Copy link]

The cost of trial and error in job hunting is very high, and everyone knows the importance of avoiding pitfalls. Based on what I have seen in recent years, there are actually many common characteristics of junk companies:

1. Environment. Junk companies usually have bad conditions, such as remote locations, shabby offices, dim lighting, polluted air, old and dilapidated hardware facilities, etc.

2. Reputation. Junk companies are generally notorious. Before joining, you need to look at the company's legal risks, labor disputes, reviews from former employees, and the boss's background and resume.

3. Spirit. Junk companies like to stick to formalities, thinking that it is very conducive to management, such as posting various slogans everywhere, speaking with certain catchphrases, and even seeing the phenomenon that music suddenly sounded during an interview, and then the whole company danced together.

4. Impressions. Junk companies will intentionally or unintentionally make you feel uncomfortable, such as being belittled and questioned during the interview, frequently bragging about their own company, speaking in an interrogation-like tone, and having your answers constantly interrupted and immediately asked follow-up questions.

5. Pie in the sky. Junk companies have very limited things to offer, so pie in the sky is inevitable, with a lot of bragging, such as working for x years, how much you can get if your performance is high. Some of the companies that boast so much even do not provide five insurances and one fund during the probation period.

6. Personnel. Junk companies have frequent staff turnover. If you often see a company on recruitment websites, be careful.

They have to draw up plans, and then hold meetings every now and then, overturn the previous ones again and again, and come up with new things for the people below to do.  Details Published on 2024-3-5 19:32

One more thing should be added: If the boss is an acquaintance or even a fellow villager, no matter how good the relationship is, don't go... Otherwise it will definitely be a lesson of blood and tears.

Missing the point. The only thing about this rubbish company is that the pay is low. Everything else is bullshit. I'd be fine with sitting in a garbage dump if you gave me $80,000 a month.

I tend to agree with the statement that everyone is out to sell themselves.

I agree. Some rubbish companies don't even sign labor contracts and just want to get free labor. It's disgusting.

What about the company that recruits at night? Is it a garbage company?

There are two situations: 1. You are very capable, the other company values you very much, and the boss and HR are waiting for you 2. It is a crappy company, and they require you to work overtime until the evening, and they are also testing your tolerance for overtime  Details Published on 2024-1-13 01:58

Two cases:

1. You are very capable, the other company values you very much, and the boss and HR are waiting for you.

2. A crappy company that requires you to work overtime until late at night and tests your tolerance for overtime.

Internal management is chaotic, with each position passing the buck and low efficiency.
