G1264 0.85 V Startup, 12uA, Synchronous DC/DC Converter
Overview:
G1264 integrates a PFM mode synchronous boost converter that requires only one inductor and two capacitors. Due to the proprietary boost design, it starts at very low input voltages down to 850 mV, making it ideal for single-cell alkaline/NiMH battery operation. G1264 integrates a stable reference circuit and fine-tuning technology to provide output voltages with high accuracy and low temperature drift coefficient. G1264 integrates a reference voltage source, an oscillator and a comparator, giving the product a wide range of low ripple, high efficiency and ultra-low no-load current, high output current. G1264 is available in S0T23-3L and S0T23-5L packages (Rohs HF).
