Temperature drift of current limiting point in RCC circuit [Copy link]

The following RCC circuit uses a transistor current limiting method, and the current limiting point will always be affected by temperature drift. How can we fix it?

The feedback regulation of RCC is switch controlled. First pay attention to the temperature drift parameters of the switch control device.   Details Published on 2023-10-18 07:51

The current limiting action point is affected by temperature, mainly because the forward voltage drop of the QF1 emitter junction changes with temperature.

There is no simple solution. Of course there are complex solutions, but RCC circuits are meant to be simple and low-cost circuits. Complex solutions are bound to be more expensive and are obviously not suitable for use in low-cost RCC circuits.
