1. PCB
First of all, when we receive the detailed requirements from the customer, the engineering project must first analyze the process required by the customer based on the customer's PCB Gerber file and PCB plate making process file, and at the same time submit a manufacturability report (DFM) for the process.
2. Purchase and testing of electronic components
In order to ensure the stability and quality of electronic components, it is necessary to strictly control the supplier of the distributor and the company's qualifications. Generally, it is necessary to purchase from large and medium-sized trading companies and original manufacturers to avoid the use of second-hand and counterfeit materials. In addition, it is necessary to set up a professional PCBA incoming material inspection and testing position to strictly test the following types to ensure that there are no problems with the components.
PCB: Check the temperature of the reflow oven, whether the vias without routing are blocked or blocked by ink, whether the surface is bent, etc.
IC: Check whether the ink printing is consistent with BOM, and store it in a constant temperature and humidity equipment.
Other common materials: check ink printing, appearance, plug-in measurement, etc.
3.SMT assembly
Solder paste printing and reflow temperature control are key links in SMT assembly, and require the use of laser steel mesh with high quality requirements that can meet processing requirements. According to the requirements of the PCB board, some steel meshes need to be increased or decreased, or U-shaped holes, and you can make steel meshes according to process requirements. The temperature control of the reflow oven is crucial to the wetting of the paste and PCBA soldering, and can be adjusted according to normal SOP operating guidelines.

4. Plug-in processing

5. Program burning
In the previous DFM report, you can suggest customers to set some test points (test points) on the PCB to test the continuity of the PCBA circuit after soldering all components. If possible, you can ask the customer supplier to burn the program into the main integrated circuit, and you can test various touch actions more intuitively to verify the integrity of the entire PCBA function.
6.PCBA board testing
For orders with PCBA testing technical requirements, the main testing work includes ICT (circuit system test), FCT (functional analysis test), aging test, temperature and humidity control test, drop test, etc.
