Negative voltage output LDO alternative model recommendation [Copy link]

Package SOT223, pin distribution as shown above, this is a negative voltage LDO from Lingte, fixed output -5V, my input is -9V, now this material costs 66 yuan a piece! ! ! !

Please recommend a model with the same package, output -5V LDO, regardless of domestic or imported

I bought 5 pieces for the first version, and I didn't ask at the time. This time the boss said the price was so high. Why use LDO when the voltage difference is so large? Just use 7905.

In addition to the voltage difference problem of 7805, the output voltage quality in memory is not very good, and the initial voltage accuracy does not seem to be very good. I will check it out and give more consideration to this type of thing in the future.  Details Published on 2023-6-15 18:39
