My programmer is a programmer I recently bought online, QR600. Is it a problem with STCISP or this programmer? Does it have anything to do with the option [P1.0/P1.1 must be 0/0 at the next cold start to download the program] in the figure below?

If you selected P1.0/P1.1 to be 0/0 during the next cold start during the last programming, you can download the program

Then the next time you burn the program, P1.0/P1.1 must be 0/0 when powered on. This is the way to select hardware IO control when entering the burning state next time.

It may be that your program occupies the ISP's hardware or software, such as port 3.0 or 3.1.

That option is to move the download port to 1.0 1.1. If you check it, use those two ports to connect to the ISP next time.
