MK1620 can achieve high efficiency and high reliability under a wide range of load conditions. MK1620 can operate in a wide power supply range of 4.7V to 38V, with ultra-low quiescent current and dual-channel drive circuit, and is more suitable for full-wave rectified LLC resonant converters. On the basis of high efficiency and low standby, MK1620 has built-in multiple protection functions to facilitate users to flexibly apply in multiple scenarios. The specific features are as follows:

Wide VCC supply voltage: 4.7V-38V

• Ultra-low quiescent current <75uA

• Dual channel independent differential sampling

• High efficiency adaptive drive control strategy

• Logic to reduce the probability of false triggering of DCM ringing

• Dual channel interlocking mechanism

• 10ns ultra-fast turn-off propagation delay

• VG clamp circuit compatible with various turn-on threshold MOSFETs
