In order to help users use the system faster and solve problems encountered during development, MounRiver Studio (MRS) assists users in various ways, including documents, videos, and wizard pages. At the same time, MRS also provides an efficient feedback channel, through which users can directly contact MRS developers for technical support.

【Welcome Page Wizard】Click the "Welcome" submenu under the "Help" main menu to display the Welcome Page Wizard. On the quick start page on the right, some common usage tips are recorded, which is suitable for new MRS users to quickly familiarize themselves with the software.

[Help Document] Click the submenu "Help Manual" under the main menu "Help" to display the help manual. Users can view detailed installation and usage information, as well as detailed introductions to code downloading, debugging and other operations through this document.

[Official website troubleshooting] The MRS team has summarized some common problems encountered by users and provided solutions on the official website help page. [MRS Feedback Function] Click the "Feedback" submenu under the "Help" main menu to open the MRS user feedback page. Through this page, users can directly send feedback to the MRS technical support email support@mounriver.com.

In the feedback interface, you need to fill in the email address to receive the reply message, the problem description, etc. In addition, you can also add attachments by clicking the "Add" button. The attachments can be in the form of pictures, texts, or compressed files. Click the "Commit" button to complete the submission. I have tried it myself and generally received a reply email from technical support on the same working day.
