Application of AT89C52 single chip microcomputer in weighing controller of cement packaging machine [Copy link]

Our company has several cement packaging machines produced by different manufacturers, which are
controlled by electronic scales and mechanical scales. In
the process , the inherent deficiencies of the mechanical scale principle directly affect
the accuracy of weighing. First, the fulcrum of the scale lever (commonly known as the scale knife) will wear, affecting
the flexibility of the lever; second, the proximity switch used to detect the action of the lever will change its electrical parameters as the number of
uses increases, and the life of the proximity switch
is always limited; third, due to the individual
differences , it is always a
hassle to adjust the bag weight every time it is replaced
. For electronic scales: 2 Some scales do not solve the anti-interference problem very well
,
and the electronic scale will freeze and need to be reset manually; " Some scales
do not solve the problem of automatic zeroing of each bag very well, and the tare weight will
accumulate over time, directly affecting the bag weight, and it needs to be manually
readjusted . It is precisely based on the above scales that have
the shortcomings of unstable weighing and many faults that we propose an electronic scale control solution based on the original mechanical packaging machine with
a single-chip microcomputer as the core.
