Job description:
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the testing and debugging of various RF microwave circuits, including but not limited to: LNA, PA, switches, mixers and other wireless RF communication chips. Those with experience in RF chip testing and debugging are preferred, and those with experience in debugging RF civilian power amplifier chips are preferred;
2. Responsible for completing the debugging, verification and debug analysis of the circuit.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, microelectronics, electronic engineering or related majors, more than half a year of RF chip testing experience;
2. Familiar with GaAs technology, have a relatively in-depth understanding of the testing methods and debugging methods of major military and civilian RF devices (such as low-noise amplifiers, transceiver multi-function circuits, etc.), can independently select appropriate test methods, complete the testing and debugging of related microwave millimeter wave circuits, familiar with RF test instruments and basic data processing methods, and have the ability to write reports.
