Position: Chip design, chip verification, embedded software development (SSD)

Chengdu-Chip Design
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the logic development of key controller modules in eMMC, UFS, and SSD master chips, including original specification formulation, detailed design documentation, etc.
File development, RTL implementation and system integration;
2. Cooperate with verification personnel to complete the functional convergence of the developed modules;
3. Complete FPGA prototype verification of the module in charge;
4. Cooperate with chip backend personnel to complete DFT-related design and Timing convergence of the modules in charge;
5. Participate in chip Bringup testing and support chip productization problem analysis and location;
6. Discuss the software and hardware interfaces of the modules or systems involved with Firmware and give reasonable suggestions.
Qualifications:
1. Have a deep understanding of digital IC design background knowledge and be proficient in Verilog;
2. Experience in development and debugging of eMMC/UFS/PCIe/SATA/DDR/NAND interfaces is preferred;
3. More than 3 years of SoC design and integration experience, practical Tapout experience and participation in Chip Bringup testing, ARM or
RISCV integration experience is a plus;
4. Experience in designing whole chip clock, reset and power management;
5. Participated in system architecture design and analysis of system indicators such as performance, power, etc.;
6. Experience in whole chip FPGA design and debugging.
Chengdu-Chip Verification
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the formulation of chip specifications and solutions;
2. Responsible for subsystem and whole chip level test point decomposition;
3. Responsible for the design of subsystem and chip-level verification solutions;
4. Responsible for the construction, debugging, use case construction and simulation execution of subsystem and whole chip level verification environment;
5. Responsible for the whole chip level post-simulation and low power consumption simulation;
6. Responsible for the whole chip hardware simulation acceleration (Emulator) environment planning, use case design and simulation execution.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics or microelectronics, more than five years of chip verification experience;
2. Proficient in SystemVerilog, C, and familiar with verification methodologies such as UVM;
3. Be familiar with at least one scripting language such as Perl, Python, etc.;
4. Have successful tapeout experience for large SoC chips, and have complete experience in RTL simulation and post-simulation of the entire chip
5. Be familiar with the CPU startup process and Bringup during the whole chip verification phase;
6. Candidates with experience in eMMC/UFS/PCIe/NVMe/SATA/DDR/NAND Flash Controller chip verification are preferred;
7. Having technical management or team management is a plus.
Chengdu, Shanghai-Embedded Software Development (SSD)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design and development of functional module architecture of SSD firmware (SATA, PCIe, NVMe protocol interface driver or FTL algorithm, etc.);
2. Responsible for firmware code implementation, integration, debugging and maintenance;
3. Collaborate with test engineers to conduct debugging and system verification;
4. Responsible for system (function, performance, power consumption, etc.) tuning;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering, computer, automation or related majors;
2. More than 3 years of embedded software/firmware development experience;
3. Familiar with mainstream RISC CPU (such as ARM) architecture and programming, familiar with SOC common interface protocols and development;
4. Familiar with C language programming and assembly language;
5. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as teamwork skills;
6. Familiar with FTL algorithm architecture (Mapping, WL, GC) design and implementation experience is preferred;
7. Familiarity with SATA, PCIe, and NVMe interface protocols is preferred;
8. Familiarity with NAND Flash structure and characteristics is preferred;
