The Online light of DTU is on for a while and then off for a while?
(1) Check whether the central server address and port configured in DTU are normal;
(2) If the central server address is normal, check the port (whether port mapping has been done and whether there is any host computer software listening to the port);
(3) If the port is correct, check whether the central server IP address is normal (for a fixed IP, check whether the configuration is incorrect; for a dynamic IP, check whether the current IP has changed);
After the DTU is connected to the power supply, the Power light is not on?
1) Check whether there is a problem with the power supply to the DTU. The standard power adapter is DC12/500mA (power supply range: DC5-35V);
2) Check whether other indicator lights are normal, such as the ACT light. If it flashes, it means that the Power light is broken. If other indicator lights are off, the entire device is faulty and needs to be returned to the factory for repair.
The DTU is connected to the computer via a serial cable, and a serial tool is running on the computer. After the DTU is powered on again, the serial tool cannot receive any debugging information? (1) Check whether there is a problem with the physical connection between the computer and the DTU;
(2) Check the serial cable connecting the computer and the DTU serial port. A cross cable is required.
(3) Inspection
The DTU is connected to the PLC via a serial cable. The DTU is online on the host computer software, but the host computer software cannot read the PLC data?
(1) First connect the computer directly to the PLC to confirm whether it is normal;
(2) If the computer and PLC are directly connected normally, first connect the DTU to the computer and check whether the data sent by the host computer software reaches the serial port of the DTU;
(3) Check whether the serial port parameters of the PLC are consistent with the working serial port parameters of the DTU;
(4) Check whether the data content (data content sent by the host computer and data content returned by the PLC) contains FE data. If so, check whether the DTU configuration escape should be configured to no; (5) Check the DTU configuration and whether the information debugging level is 0 or 1 (DTU debugging information will affect the PLC);
The DTU is connected to the computer via a serial cable, but cannot enter the configuration state normally?
(1) Check whether there is any problem with the physical connection between the computer and DTU;
(2) Check the serial cable connecting the computer and the DTU serial port. A cross cable is required.
(3) If the connection is made via a USB to serial port cable, check whether the USB to serial port cable has any problems.
(4) Check whether the serial port number, serial port baud rate, data bit, and check bit of the configuration tool are normal (default: 115200, 8N1);
What parameters need to be configured when DTU uses a dedicated network card?
(1) You need to enter the configuration state through configuration to change relevant parameters;
(2) Change the APN parameters of China Mobile and China Unicom (China Mobile default: cmnet, China Unicom default: 3gnet); Change the username and password of China Telecom (username default: card, password default: card)
DTU cannot be upgraded via the serial port?
(1) Check whether the physical connection between PC and DTU is normal;
(2) Check whether the parameters of the upgrade tool running on the PC are correct (serial port number, baud rate, loaded program);
(3) If it is USB to serial port, check whether the USB to serial port can be used normally; check the configuration of DTU. If the information debugging level is 0, the serial port will not data any debugging information;
