IEC 61000-4-5 Phases of three-phase power supply systems [Copy link]

Good morning, everyone. IEC 61000-4-5:2014 page 34 requires the applied surge phase for ac power ports five positive and five negative impulses each at 0, 90, 180 and at 270. For the three-phase power system phases L2-PE, L2-N, L3-PE, L3-N, 0, 90, 180 and at 270 are not at their peaks. For L2-N, L2-PE should be set to 120, 210, 300, 30 to make the interference voltage larger. And for L2-L3, which voltage phase has the largest interference?
