  Single-phase AC motor
  1. Imported bearings
  This small part is an important factor in the life assessment of single-phase AC motors. Bearings are carriers that withstand the high-speed operation of single-phase AC motor rotors. The quality of bearings affects the running noise and heat of motors.
  2. Process
  The unit price of motors that are delivered after simple product assembly is low, and the worry is that the motors need to be repaired frequently. What is the expensive brand of motors? Testing and certification, including machine processing accuracy, rotor die-casting process, assembly process, insulation varnishing, etc., will affect the performance and quality stability of single-phase AC motors. Large-scale manufacturers have stricter production process management and more guaranteed quality.
  In general, the motor of garbage disposal is basically a product of one cent one product, and there will definitely be differences in quality. It mainly depends on whether the quality and price of this motor can meet the customer's use requirements.
  3. Silicon steel sheet Silicon

  4. Copper wire slot full rate
  The copper wire slot full rate is the amount of copper wire used. The longer the iron core, the more copper wire will be used. The higher the slot full rate, the more copper wire will be used. If the copper wire is sufficient, the motor performance will be good. Some manufacturers reduce the stator slot shape without changing the length of the iron core to reduce the amount of copper wire and reduce costs.
  5. Casing
  The casing bears the vibration and heat dissipation of the single-phase AC motor during operation. Calculated by weight, the heavier the casing, the greater the strength. Of course, the appearance design and die-casting appearance of the casing are important factors affecting the price of the casing.
  The quality of the garbage processor is determined by the selected motor, so it is very important to choose the right single-phase AC motor.
