Using a single chip microcomputer with AD on chip can achieve your requirements.

However, key recognition can also be achieved using a microcontroller without AD, and it is more convenient than this circuit.

Thank you for your reply. The button is manually controlled. When you release the button, it will automatically reset and the corresponding output high level signal
