We once repaired a high-precision CNC machine tool at the request of the user
. The original CNC machine tool's feed system was a "DC servo motor ball screw table". Since the DC servo motor needs to regularly replace carbon brushes, clean and adjust the rotor during use, the maintenance workload is large
, and the technical requirements for workers are very high and difficult to achieve, which often leads to downtime and production. In this maintenance , we replaced the DC servo motor with an imported AC servo motor with advanced and more stable performance. However, due to the large size of the DC servo motor and the small size of the AC servo motor, the installation dimensions of the two motors are very different, which brings certain problems to the installation of the mechanical connection part. This article mainly introduces the treatment of this problem.
