They can even draw the PCB directly without the schematic. To be honest, although I can't stand it, I still think it's pretty cool. Having said that, analyzing schematics and PCBs is a basic skill, which is simpler than copying boards. You think copying boards is low, but if you go to a big company, can you guarantee that there will be no copying boards at all? If others have particularly good designs, won't they go beyond and learn from them?
