Small companies are like this: three engineers with different abilities are working on more than 20 projects at the same time, so busy that they are in a mess. Today, this client is asking for progress, and tomorrow, that client is asking for progress. In the middle, there is a boss lady who doesn’t understand technology and is also in charge of business. She is desperately taking on projects but is not hiring. I think of my previous job. Why did I switch to such a company? Did I want to prove my ability as a newcomer in the workplace? I just found out that the pressure is so great!!! I feel so tired now, I don’t feel tired at all, and I really want to quit. But I can’t quit without a plan!

How normal! You have never seen someone asking you to do a job without even knowing the requirements. At least you have a reference, the schematic diagram and the PCB to compare. Also, everything is ready, why would they ask you to do it?

Many domestic companies do not have enough management awareness. Some companies know that they are not good enough, but they cannot execute because they lack money. This is also the difference between small and large enterprises in operation.

If you can't stand it, just leave. This is the case in many small companies. It is normal for the schematic and PCB to be inconsistent. Some of our company's senior engineers do this. They can even draw the PCB directly without the schematic. To be honest, although I can't stand it, I still think it's pretty cool. Having said that, analyzing schematics and PCBs is a basic skill, which is simpler than copying boards. You think copying boards is low, but if you go to a big company, can you guarantee that there will be no copying boards at all? If others have particularly good designs, won't they go beyond and learn from them?

Don't be afraid of taking money to help others solve their problems. It's a mess anyway, and you just graduated. If you do well, you're a hero, and if you don't, you're not a loser. Also, don't expect the company to give you training or something right away. The company doesn't owe you anything, and of course you don't owe the company anything either. So everyone has been through this, and look at how calm those people above are, they are all people who have seen the world (bad) and the mess
