1. Overview: We have developed a high-power multifunctional color light controller circuit using a single-chip microcomputer. There are three versions in total. Using a 24V AC power supply, the drive current is 1.5A, 3A and 9A, and the output of each channel is 0.5A, 1A and 3A respectively. Taking the 3A version as an example, if the current of each string of LEDs is 20mA, 7 LEDs are connected in series, and a maximum of 1050 LEDs can be driven. It can be used in shopping malls, hotels and entertainment venues, such as the starry sky LED decorative lights, and can also form patterns and texts to replace neon lights. The reliability is significantly higher than that of neon lights, with a long life, no high-voltage spark interference, low voltage, safety and reliability, etc.
This series of controllers also use AC to change colors synchronously. The functions include : single red, blue, green, cyan, purple, orange, white, seven-color jump, seven-color gradient, jump + gradient, etc. At the same time, the selection function also has a memory function. The next time the power is turned on, the last selected function will be restored, eliminating frequent selection operations. The right picture shows the PCB appearance of the controller

We use HOLTEK's low-bit single-chip HT48R06A-1 as the main control chip and AT24C01 as the memory. When the function is converted, the function code is stored in the memory. The next time the power is turned on, the CPU first reads the function code in the memory and loads the corresponding working program to ensure that the work is the same as the last setting.

The right picture shows another control circuit, the appearance of the controller PCB with an output current of 1.5A , the operating voltage is 24V (AC), the output current of each channel can reach 0.5A, and a maximum of 525 red, blue and green LEDs can be connected. At the same time, the circuit has an electromagnetic compatibility network to meet European electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
The following figure shows the guardrail light controller, which can realize functions such as single color, moving, water chasing, and colorful changes. It is used for urban guardrail decorative lights. The PCB length can reach 1.2 meters, and it can be connected in multiple stages and changed synchronously.
