Abstract : This paper introduces a laser ranging system based on the reflective inclination measurement principle, which uses a position detection device (PSD) as a sensitive element and a semiconductor laser diode (LD) as a light source. Experimental verification shows that this system has the characteristics of fast measurement speed, high accuracy, and strong anti-interference ability.
