. The latest 10-second voice recording and playback module, the 10-second series voice recording and playback component, is the most advanced American single-chip voice processing large-scale integrated circuit technology. It contains 64K EEPROM memory, noise-eliminating microphone preamplifier and automatic gain adjustment AGC circuit, special filter circuit suitable for voice, clock oscillation circuit with extremely high temperature stability and all voice processing circuits. It has the characteristics of full chip miniaturization, easy use, arbitrary voice recording and erasing, power-off voice storage, micro power consumption, direct-drive speaker, and sound quality equivalent to tape effect. This circuit also provides a variety of application options and interfaces, and can be easily applied to various integrated electronic voice systems. The
10-second series voice recording and playback component can be used in various one-step voice message devices, voice alarms and voice prompt devices. It can store information for a long time when the power is disconnected, and the recorded content can be changed at will. The whole volume is small, only 15X17 mm in size and 2.5 mm in thickness. The batch price is very cheap, which is suitable for the development needs of consumer products. Pin Description
◆Power (VCC) Different power buses used by analog and digital circuits inside the chip meet at this pin, which minimizes noise. Decoupling capacitors should be as close to the chip as possible.
◆Ground (VSSA, VSSD) Different ground lines of analog and digital circuits inside the chip meet at this pin.
◆Record (REC) High level is valid. As long as REC becomes high (regardless of whether the chip is in power saving state or playing), the chip starts recording. During recording, REC must remain high. When REC becomes low or the memory is full, the recording cycle ends, and the chip automatically writes an information end mark (EOM) so that the subsequent playback operation can be stopped in time. Then the chip automatically enters the power saving state. Note: The rising edge of REC has 84 milliseconds of anti-shake to prevent keystrokes from being triggered by mistake.
◆Edge-triggered playback (PLAYE) When a rising edge appears at this end, the chip starts playing. Playback continues until the EOM mark or the end of the memory, after which the chip automatically enters the power saving state. After starting playback, PLAYE can be released.
◆Level-triggered playback (PLAYL) When this end changes from low to high, the chip starts to play. Playback continues until this end returns to a low level, or encounters an EOM mark, or the memory ends. After the playback ends, the chip automatically enters a power-saving state.
◆Recording indication (/RECLED) When in the recording state, this end is low and can drive the LED. In addition, when the playback encounters an EOM mark, this end outputs a low-level pulse. This pulse can be used to trigger PLAYE to achieve loop playback.
◆Speaker output (SP+, SP-) This pair of output terminals can directly drive speakers above 8Ω. When used single-ended, a coupling capacitor must be connected between the output terminal and the speaker, while the dual-ended output does not require a capacitor and can increase the power to 4 times. SP+ and SP- are connected through an internal 50KΩ resistor and are suspended when not playing. Operation:
The power supply voltage is 3-5V. In the recording and playback mode, press and hold the REC recording button to record, and the REC LED will light up. Recording stops when the button is released. There are three playback modes:
1. Edge-triggered playback. Press the PE button once to play the entire voice. The playback cannot be stopped unless the power is off or the voice ends. 2. Level-triggered playback. Press and hold the PL button to play, and release the button to stop. 2. 20-second voice recording and playback module 1. Features
◎Single-chip voice recording and playback circuit, containing EEPROM memory, permanent storage information, can record and play 100,000 times, and the storage can be retained for 100 years ◎Easy to use, no programming and system development required, the recording and playback content can be changed at will ◎Single power supply 5V, with automatic power saving function ◎Directly record with ordinary electret microphone, directly play with 8-16W speaker. ◎Use simple manual control method, optional loop playback method ◎Small size, thickness is only 9 mm. 2. Electrical Characteristics
Operating voltage: 4.5V~6.5V Quiescent current: Typical value is 0.5uA Operating current: 25mA (16 ohm speaker) 3. Operation process
1. Turn on the power, and the circuit automatically enters the power saving standby state. Press and hold the record button (REC remains at a low level), the circuit enters the recording state, and the recording indicator lights up until REC becomes high or the memory is full. When recording is finished, it enters the standby state. REC has a higher priority than PLAYE or PLAYL. 2. There are two ways to play: (1) Touch the PLAYE button, that is, give the PLAYE button a low pulse, and the circuit enters the playback state until it ends. Or give PLAYL a pulse, and when playback ends, the circuit enters the standby state. (2) Press the PLAYL button (PLAYL becomes low and remains), the circuit enters the playback state, until PLAYL becomes high or playback ends, and the circuit enters the standby state. 3. When the L terminal of the ISD component is connected to a high level (VCC), pressing the PLAYE button will play in a loop, and pressing PLAYL will stop, or pressing and holding the PLAYL button will play in a loop, and releasing it will stop. If the L terminal is grounded (VSS), the playback will not be looped, and the sound will play once each time it is triggered. The L terminal should be grounded in the recording state. 3.6-second voice music greeting card Directions: Press and hold the REC recording button on the upper left corner of the greeting card. When you hear a beep, you will start recording your speech. The maximum recording time is 6 seconds. When you release your hand, you will hear two beeps to indicate that the recording has ended. Press the PLAY button on the lower right corner of the greeting card, and the recorded voice will be played followed by a piece of music. There are 3 songs in total, and each time you listen to it, it is different.
