Development of Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge IGBT Ultrasonic Power Supply Abstract: This paper introduces the working principle of a certain type of ultrasonic power supply. It adopts a phase-shifted full-bridge series resonant circuit and uses IGBT as the power switch device. It has low heat loss, high conversion efficiency and low noise. With the development of science and technology and the progress of society, ultrasonic cleaning machines have been widely used in many fields, especially in the processing and treatment of military equipment and various electronic, mechanical, optical and other parts. However, most of the previous ultrasonic cleaning machines have disadvantages such as high noise and low efficiency. To this end, a full-bridge phase-shifted series resonant circuit topology is adopted, and IGBT is used as the power switching device to successfully develop a certain type of portable ultrasonic cleaning machine. It has the characteristics of low heat consumption, high conversion efficiency, low noise, and good cleaning effect.
