Linear Technology's LTM4620 uses a proprietary leadframe design to package a high-power regulator in a very small form factor by leveraging the efficient top and bottom thermal conduction of the µModule product. The devices can be connected in parallel to support higher current applications and achieve very accurate current sharing between channels.
