First, let's understand what is the inverter frequency and what does it represent?
The inverter frequency is an important parameter of AC power, which is the number of positive and negative changes of the current per second. It is also called cycle. It is the number of positive and negative half-cycle changes of AC per second.
The national power supply standard is 50 Hz. In general, the cycle is 20MS, F 1/T 50HZ.
The frequency of the electricity we use in daily life is 50Hz. If you want to change its frequency, you have to change it through a frequency converter. The working principle of the frequency converter is to first convert the AC power with frequency into DC power without frequency, and then control it through electronic circuits so that it can adjust the frequency of the AC power at will. The inverter is similar to the second half of the inverter, which is to convert DC power into AC power.
So what is the general frequency of the inverter high frequency?
Generally, it is 30-50HZ. At too high a frequency, the power switch tube may work abnormally, including severe heating, too small amplification, etc. Therefore, when the frequency of the inverter is greater than 50HZ, it can become a high-frequency inverter.
The working frequency of the high-frequency transformer inside the inverter is generally around 30K. To be stable, it is best not to exceed 40 kilohertz. At high frequencies, the switch tubes will heat up too much and it will be hard to find the tubes. Switching losses. Above 100k Hz, it is obvious. There are also resonance types with hundreds of K to several megahertz.
However, for switching power inverters, this frequency has no fixed range. It is mainly determined by the pwm chip. Some chips can adjust the frequency, which can be tens of K, hundreds of K, or several M. It mainly depends on your own design requirements. It is closely related to the parameters of the switch tube and transformer. The frequency is determined by the device used and the external circuit, and it is not a fixed value. You need to look at your actual power supply. The frequency of different power supplies is different.
