The friction coefficient can be reduced to one fiftieth of that of a traditional sliding guide rail, making it easy to achieve very high positioning accuracy.

The wear resistance of micro guide rails refers to the ability to maintain a certain level of accuracy after long-term use. As we all know, guide rails will wear out during use, but we should minimize the amount of wear and ensure that they can automatically compensate or adjust after wear.


Therefore, most of the processing materials for micro guide rails are stainless steel, mainly because compared with other materials, stainless steel has a higher strength coefficient. Because the micro guide rail needs to be the main fulcrum of the heavy object, if the material is not up to standard, it is likely to cause damage to the parts during the processing, which is also a considerable loss for the company.
