Overview
As the level of automobile electrification increases, automobile maintenance becomes more and more complicated. High-tech maintenance equipment from many manufacturers at home and abroad is applied to the automotive aftermarket. Internet technology is also applied to the automotive after-sales service industry. 4S stores can obtain maintenance information, diagnostic data, maintenance processes, expert guidance, new dynamics and other information online at any time, narrowing the differences in the acquisition of technical information by 4S stores of different sizes and maintenance levels. With many years of experience in the development of diagnostic products and cloud servers, Jingwei Hirain has developed the ODX-based general after-sales diagnostic system INTEWORK-DGA in combination with the diagnosis, management, and safety needs of domestic vehicle manufacturers for the vehicle after-sales market. The system can meet customers' requirements for vehicle data management, maintenance station management, remote maintenance guidance, diagnostic flashing, data security, etc., and is a secure platform system.
INTEWORK-DGA is based on the ODX standard (ISO22901). The software consists of two parts: DGA data management software and DGA diagnostic instrument software. The diagnostic data of the system comes from the after-sales diagnostic engineering files (including diagnostic data, diagnostic functions, safety algorithms, etc.) configured by INTEWORK-DDS (engineering diagnostic instrument based on ODX) developed by Hirain. The diagnostic engineering files can be managed in the DGA data management software and can be simultaneously sent to the DGA diagnostic instrument software.

•Support remote update of diagnostic data engineering package and flash data package
• Equipped with complete vehicle data management and statistical chart display, supporting common formats: bar chart, pie chart, curve chart, etc.
•Sensitive server performance monitoring and alarm mechanism, which facilitates operation and maintenance personnel to find and handle abnormalities in time
• With clear maintenance guidance steps, operators can repair faulty vehicles intuitively and quickly according to the maintenance instructions
•Can summarize the complete life cycle data of the vehicle, and have diagnostic log and message recording functions during the maintenance process

Product Structure
The system architecture of Hirain INTEWORK-DGA is shown in the figure below. The diagnostic instrument (tablet or PC) communicates with Hirain's self-developed TestBase-VCI via USB or WIFI to achieve bus information interaction and upload maintenance records, vehicle diagnostic data, etc. to the data management software server.
