The AD52090 is a highly efficient stereo Class D audio amplifier with an adjustable power limit function. The speaker driver operates from a 4.5V~26V power supply voltage, and the analog circuit operates at a 5V power supply voltage. At a 24V power supply voltage, a 4Ω or 8Ω speaker can output up to 30W within the 1% THD+N range. The AD52090 provides parallel BTL (Mono) applications, which can provide 60W for a 4Ω speaker at a 24V power supply voltage. The adjustable power limit function allows the user to set a voltage rail that is less than half of 5V to limit the amount of current through the speaker.
