TM52F1363 integrates multiple functions on the chip, including 8K bytes of flash program memory, 128 bytes of EEPROM, 512 bytes of SRAM, low voltage reset, low voltage detection, dual clock power saving mode, 8051 standard UART and timer Timer0/Timer1/Timer2, real-time timer Timer3, 7 groups of 16-bit pulse width modulators, 19 channels of 12-bit analog-to-digital converters, I2C interface and watchdog timer, etc.

TM52F1363 is used in the home coffee machine master control solution performance advantages:
1. Supports a wide operating voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V, a power supply voltage of 0.3V to 5.5V, and supports a wide operating environment temperature of -40℃ to +105℃.
2. Five power working modes can be provided, namely fast clock mode, slow clock mode, idle mode, pause mode, stop mode, etc.
3. Integrated LCD driver, software control COM0~3, 1/2LCD bias, can realize convenient and fast human-computer interaction function.
The above features make this MCU widely applicable to various consumer electronics and household appliances.
