Automotive EEPROM Chip
With the trend of electric, intelligent and networked vehicles, the increasing demand for chip computing and data processing capabilities, image and video processing capabilities, etc. will drive the continued rapid growth of the automotive electronics market. With the significant increase in the amount of processed data and image resolution, the demand for automotive storage chips is also increasing.
As a general-purpose non-volatile storage chip, EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) products have been widely used in various automotive products due to their high reliability and high stability. Intelligent driving, intelligent cockpit, intelligent networking, new energy power system, chassis transmission and other applications have driven the demand for EEPROM. According to incomplete statistics, the average number of EEPROMs used in each vehicle is about 15, and the number of EEPROMs used in more intelligent vehicles may be as high as 20, and the number of EEPROMs installed in newly launched new energy vehicles will be even higher.
