To customize a transformer, you first need to know the voltage ratio you are using. The required voltage ratio is different in different usage scenarios and different devices. What is the transformation ratio of a transformer? The transformation ratio refers to the voltage ratio or current ratio, which is the voltage or current ratio between the primary winding resistance and the secondary winding resistance. The voltage ratio of the primary and secondary windings of the transformer is equal to the ratio of the number of turns of the primary and secondary windings, so if you want different voltages for the primary and secondary windings, just change the number of turns. Transformer step-up: For the support transformer, the secondary side voltage decreases as the primary side voltage increases, but the voltage across the primary side winding must be the rated value. If the external voltage is slightly higher than the rated voltage, the current through the primary winding will increase greatly. At this time, if the wrong line is connected, the transformer will burn out.

What is the role of rated current? Our daily fires or electrical burning are usually caused by current. When current passes through, it generates heat, and excessive heat accumulation can cause fire or electrical burning. Generally speaking, our electrical equipment will be marked with the maximum use current, which means the maximum instantaneous current that the electrical equipment can withstand. If the current runs for a long time and the transformer has no protection settings, it will cause damage to the electrical equipment. If the current exceeds the maximum current, the electrical equipment will burn immediately.
