What I want to share with you today is the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control experiment based on HIL+RCP.

01First, open Desksim software and load the model file. Switch to the User Interface interface and drag in a control corresponding to the load input of the motor. We drag in the chart and then we can choose to observe the motor's current, speed, angle and electromagnetic torque signals. Set the IP address of the Netbox simulator and then we can start running the simulation program.

02 Next, open the desksim software and the control program. Load the control program corresponding to the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the desksim software, and we need to compile the algorithm of the CPU part of this program.

03After the compilation is completed, switch to the User Interface interface, drag in a control corresponding to the speed given value of the algorithm. Set the default value to 300; drag in another control corresponding to the enable signal of the algorithm, and select the motor current, speed, angle and dq axis current signal in the observation controller algorithm. Set the IP address of the cbox simulator, and you can run the control program.

04 The camera image in the lower left corner of the video is our netbox emulator and cbox controller, which are connected by a signal line. When the control is given an enable signal, it can be seen that the motor speed is controlled to 100, and the corresponding electrical speed is the set value of 300.

05Finally, the simulation test adds a sudden load to the motor. As shown in the video, the motor current increases, and the speed drops slightly before being quickly controlled to the set value. The control test sets the motor speed setpoint to 600, and it can be seen that the motor speed is also quickly controlled to 600, corresponding to a mechanical speed of 200.

In this way, we have completed the entire permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control experiment based on HIL+RCP.
