However, if something goes wrong, it is difficult to know the cause immediately, such as insufficient battery power, clogged filter element, etc. If a voice prompt function is added, users can immediately know the current abnormal status;
Shenzhen Weitronics has developed an intelligent voice prompt chip: WT588F02B-8S. A single chip has 220KB of Flash and supports 6K~32Khz WAV files. At a higher sound quality, it can store up to 170 seconds of voice content. If there is no requirement for sound quality, it can store 320 seconds of voice. WT588F02B-8S-8S is different from traditional OTP chips. Customers can use the matching downloader to replace the internal voice content of the chip online. The chip has built-in hardware SPI, UART, IIC, comparator and other resources, which can customize various personalized functional products for customers.
WT588F02B-8S, the chip has a built-in 8Ω.0.5W power amplifier circuit with PWM output, and can also be connected to an external DAC amplifier. The operating temperature can be maintained at: -20℃ ~ +85℃;
WT588F02B-8S Features
1. 16-bit DSP voice chip, 32Mhz internal oscillation;
2. Working voltage 2.0~5.5V (reset voltage is 2.2V before V1.35 and 2.0V after V1.35);
3. 16-bit PWM/DAC output, can directly drive 8R 0.5W speakers;
4. Support 6K~32Khz WAV files;
5. Customers can replace the internal voice content of the chip through MCU or the supporting downloader;
6. Support one-line serial port and two-line serial port (UART and IIC communication will be released soon);
7. Support up to 6-channel midi playback;
8. Support more than 1000 segments of addresses;
9. It has hardware SPI interface, UART interface, IIC, built-in comparator and other interfaces. Various functions can be customized for customers.
10. The chip has built-in 220KB Flash.
11. Both the chip master program and Flash data can be erased and re-written.
12. The chip power-on initialization time is about 200ms
13. After the chip finishes playing and the IO port (DATA and CLK) maintains a stable level (either high or low level) for 1S, the chip enters sleep mode.
