Application of WTV600-28SS voice chip in children's musical instruments

WTV600-28SS has a built-in standard UART asynchronous serial port interface, which is a 3.3V TTL level interface. The communication data format is: start bit: 1 bit; data bit: 8 bits; parity bit: none; stop bit: 1 bit. When using the computer serial port debugging assistant, you need to correctly set the serial port parameters, as shown in the figure.
