1. Project Background
The flight information display (abbreviated as: flight information display) system is one of the important ways for airport terminals to provide flight information to passengers. It can display flight dynamic information in an all-round way, so that passengers can timely understand flight schedules, take-off times and other information. With the continuous development of digitalization of my country's airports, the flight information display system, as an important part of airport digitalization, must also change from traditional analog display to digital display.
2. System composition
The flight display system consists of PDP display, CCTV system, AIIS system, synchronous screen control, asynchronous screen control, power management system, etc. Among them, PDP display, CCTV system, synchronous screen control, asynchronous screen control can modify and monitor the arrival of flights, passengers and luggage, as well as advertising information, cable TV signals, etc. The power management system can control the power switch of the on-site department and is the central department for airport information transmission and summary control. The display content of the front-end display device, the real-time flight information release system, and the flight display database system constitute the structure of the airport information system. The flight display system obtains updated flight information from the central database through the interface with the integrated system. Including the dynamic information of the day's flights (departure, arrival), parking positions, check-in counters, boarding gates, terminal halls, baggage claim carousels, etc. This information is dynamically realized on the display device, and an embedded industrial computer is required under the display device.
Requirements of the flight display system for the display control industrial computer:
1. 24-hour uninterrupted information display throughout the year requires an embedded industrial computer with stable and reliable performance.
2. It is small and compact, easy to install in combination with the display PDP. The fanless design ensures the stability and efficiency of the system. At the same time, it can be installed in a small space to solve the heat dissipation problem.
3. Meet the high resolution of PDP display, which is required to reach 1366×768 or above.
4. Powerful network capability, with network wake-up function.
