KPMG recently released the "Disruptive Companies and Business Models" report, which includes two surveys: one is the KPMG Technology Industry Innovation Survey, which was conducted online from December 2018 to January 2019, and the respondents were more than 740 technology industry leaders from 12 countries; the other is the KPMG Technology Industry Millennial Survey, which was conducted online from February 2019 to March 2019, and the respondents were 600 millennials working in the technology industry from 7 countries.


The report shows that e-commerce platforms and social networking platforms are the most disruptive business models.


The annual global technology disruptor report shows that the top three are Amazon, Apple and Alibaba. Among them, 16% of technology industry leaders believe that Amazon and Apple are the most disruptive companies, and 15% of technology industry leaders believe that Alibaba is the most disruptive company. In addition to Alibaba, six Chinese companies, including DJI, Baidu, Tencent, Didi, and Xiaomi, were selected for the "Most Disruptive Companies List."
