US authorities are considering blacklisting the Chinese speech recognition company iFlytek, according to Bloomberg.

The United States is considering blacklisting iFlytek, data company AmiPi and unlisted Beijing-based Megvii Technology, according to people familiar with the matter.

Following the US ban on Huawei, there have been frequent moves in recent days, with reports that companies in different fields of China's technology industry may be blacklisted, such as Hikvision and Dahua.

In response to this news, iFlytek responded: We have not received any official information from the US government, and we expect to be treated fairly and impartially by the US government. iFlytek's overseas business revenue currently accounts for a small proportion; for some consumer products that use overseas components, iFlytek has response measures and alternatives for extreme situations. Even if extreme situations occur, it will not have a significant impact on iFlytek's daily operations.
