Not long ago, the Gaogong Intelligent Automobile Research Institute disclosed a set of monitoring data. In 2023, there will be 1.7348 million standard smart driving domain controllers installed on passenger cars in the Chinese market, a year-on-year increase of 80.2%. The pre-installed installation rate will be 8.22%. In the Chinese market, 3.4901 million passenger cars are equipped with standard cockpit domain controllers, a year-on-year increase of 111.43%, and the pre-installation rate is 16.53%.
On February 21, Gasgoo Automotive Research Institute also released a list of the top 10 suppliers in the cockpit domain control and chip market in the Chinese market in 2023.
According to statistics from the Gasgoo Automotive Research Institute, the smart cockpit penetration rate in the Chinese market in 2023 will be 61.5%. The delivery volume of cockpit domain control pre-installation in the Chinese market in 2023 will be 3.476 million units, and the deployment rate will increase to 16.5%. Local suppliers Accounting for more than half.
The installed capacity and market share of the TOP10 suppliers are: Pegatron/Quanta (604,000 units, 17.4%), Desay SV (601,000 units, 17.3%), Visteon (419,000 units, 12.1%), and Magnesia Technology (248,000 sets, 7.1%), Yikatong (245,000 sets, 7.0%), Flextronics (172,000 sets, 5.0%), Cheliantianxia (170,000 sets, 4.9%), LG (153,000 sets, 4.4%), Neusoft (134,000 units, 3.9%), Noble Technology (105,000 units, 3.0%).
The installed capacity and market share of the top 10 cockpit domain control chip suppliers are: Qualcomm (2.262 million units, 59.2%), AMD (576,000 units, 15.1%), Renesas (32,800 units, 8.6%), Intel (17.4 10,000 units, 4.6%), Samsung (152,000 units, 4.0%), Texas Instruments (135,000 units, 3.5%), Xinqing Technology (60,000 units, 1.6%), NVIDIA (50,000 units, 1.3%), NXP (38,000 units, 1.0%), Huawei (22,000 units, 0.6%).
Gasgoo Automotive Research Institute stated that the current domestic cockpit domain control market is still in its early stages, and there are still certain variables in the market structure. The cockpit domain control chip market is still dominated by several major chip manufacturers. Qualcomm's high position will be difficult to shake in the short term. However, local manufacturers have already occupied a certain position, and more and more manufacturers continue to make efforts in this field, trying to break the existing pattern.
