Based on the characteristics of the new energy industry and battery factory management characteristics, Zhengli New Energy took the lead in proposing the software-defined battery factory concept and released the smart factory ZOE (Zenergy Operation Excellence) architecture.
"The first-generation factory is a digital factory, the second-generation factory is a smart factory, and the third-generation factory will be defined by software." For example, in terms of collaboration, based on ZOE smart factory, the overall response time to customers is shortened by 50%, and working time efficiency is increased by 33%; MOM supports millisecond-level response to huge amounts of data, with TPS as high as 3100 or more.
In terms of process management, ZOE is characterized by connecting PLM, MES and production equipment to achieve closed-loop management of submission, change, approval, application and traceability of process parameters.
At the same time, based on the ZOE intelligent system, a quality control platform can be quickly and completely built through short codes, embedding, and instruction.
Currently, based on the "software-defined battery cell" factory design, Zhengli New Energy has realized 9 major modules, 50 processes, and more than 3,000 process parameter monitoring data starting from the R&D end, covering the whole area and sharing, precise operations, and big data drive , a new generation of world-leading software-defined battery cell factory has been built and put into operation.
