It was learned from Xinchi Technology on October 28 that Xinchi Technology's first batch of high-performance MCU "Control Core" E3 was officially delivered to customers recently, which means that Xinchi Technology MCU has entered the era of mass production and can provide the industry with high-performance, high-performance A series of functionally safe automotive-grade MCU chip products.
Since its release in April this year, Xinchi Technology E3 has passed various strict reliability tests of AEC-Q100 and achieved mass production delivery in October.
Xinchi Technology's E3 series products are based on ARM Cortex-R5F, with a functional safety level reaching ASIL D, a temperature level that supports AEC-Q100 Grade 1, a CPU frequency of up to 800MHz, and up to 6 CPU cores. It is among the existing mass-produced automotive-grade MCUs. Products with the highest performance fill the gap in the domestic high-end, high-security automotive MCU market.
It is only half a year since its official release. With its excellent product strength, the E3 series has been widely used in many application fields such as online chassis control, VCU, BMS, ADAS/ autonomous driving , LCD instrument, HUD, streaming media visual system CMS, and body domain control. Currently, there are more than 100 customers using E3 for product design.
In recent years, there has been a serious shortage of automotive-grade MCUs, disrupting the normal production order of the automotive industry. The mass production and shipment of E3 series chips will not only alleviate the urgent needs of car manufacturers, but also actively support customers to implement intelligent models and projects. Sufficient supply guarantee can also solve customers' worries.
After the official delivery of E3, Xinchi's four major series of chips, "Cabin Core" X9, "Driving Core" V9, "Network Core" G9 and "Control Core" E3, have all achieved mass production, serving more than 260 customers. , covering more than 90% of China's car manufacturers.
