Xin Guobin, vice minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said at the meeting that although achievements have been made in market scale, key technologies and comprehensive benefits in the field of new energy, the difficulty and complexity of breakthroughs are increasing as we enter a new stage, and some new situations and new problems need to be addressed.

At the 2022 Hundred People Conference, Ouyang Minggao, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said that the purpose of battery cell structure innovation is to reduce the weight and volume of the accessories. He highlighted the typical representative of current battery structure innovation - One-Stop, the world's first innovative battery developed by Sinotruk.

As one of the future-oriented products, Sinotruk's globally original One-Stop battery technology and products were announced at the 2021 World New Energy Vehicle Congress (WNEVC) on September 17, 2021.
It is understood that China Innovation Aviation One-Stop started from the underlying design principles and process principles, and was redesigned based on the minimalist concept to achieve highly functional integration, minimalist structure, high safety and high reliability of the product. In addition to the patent layout, Veken also learned that China Innovation Aviation's actual R&D investment in the past three years has exceeded 2 billion yuan, including R&D expenses, development expenditures and R&D facility construction.
From the patent layout and R&D investment, it can be seen that China Innovation Aviation is determined to carry out independent innovation and R&D, and resolutely implement the attitude of supporting and protecting the entire R&D end of intellectual property rights.
New energy automotive aftermarket is booming
The new energy vehicle market is developing rapidly and has great potential in the future. Data shows that the penetration rate of new energy vehicles in my country has increased from 6% in January last year to 22% in December at the end of the year, an average increase of 1.3 percentage points per month. The penetration rate in the first half of March this year has exceeded 28%, and it is estimated that the penetration rate for the whole month will also exceed 28%.
Xie Qiu, vice president of China New Aviation, also pointed out in the report, "From a global perspective, Norway and Sweden currently have the highest penetration rates (Note: Norway's electric vehicle penetration rate is as high as 90%). After analyzing the changes in the penetration rates of electric vehicles in these two countries and China, it can be seen that the growth of the penetration rate is in good accordance with the S-curve model. It is predicted that by 2025, the sales volume of electric vehicles in China will exceed 8 million."

1) The evaluation method of battery safety properties during the battery development process needs to be combined with the battery failure mechanism and actual application scenarios
2) The process control of the battery should be precise, and the failure modes corresponding to various defects and their impacts should be correlated
3) Battery manufacturing big data can effectively detect potential failures
4) The battery operating platform can effectively detect potential faults of a certain type and within a certain range
