Car anti-theft technology and thieves' theft technology have been constantly rising, and nowadays, there are always some loopholes that can be exploited for advanced anti-theft technologies such as alarm systems and key systems. It has been reported in the news that thieves use signal interception devices to intercept the key transmission signal between the driver's car key and the vehicle and steal it. This makes it difficult for car owners to defend themselves. To solve this problem, a technology innovation company from Chile has developed a new device called Goodlock.
Goodlock can be embedded in a system in the car and generate a key that only the car owner knows. It sounds no different from the traditional key system, but in fact, the key it generates is not what you imagine.
The so-called key is not a string of numbers, but a "behavior combination" consisting of three specific actions. For example, the owner can set the action to first press the horn, then fasten the seat belt, and finally press the air conditioning button. Once set in this way, anyone else who wants to drive the car away will not be able to start the vehicle unless he can perform the above three actions in the correct order-except the owner himself, obviously no one else knows this string of "keys". The functions of the in-vehicle system are becoming more and more abundant. Now a car can arrange about 13,000 different behavior combinations. For example, the driver can also choose to turn on the radio first, then step on the accelerator pedal, and finally switch the transmission to the driving gear.
Numeric codes can be cracked in a few minutes using a high-speed decoder, but the action combination cannot be decoded by any high-tech equipment.
Once a thief enters the vehicle, if the "behavior combination" set by the driver is not performed correctly, the vehicle starter motor will automatically stop working.
To achieve the above functions, car owners only need to let the Chilean company's professionals install the Goodlock device in the system in the car. The installation process takes about 1.5-3 hours.
With such a device, car owners no longer have to worry about their cars being stolen. Of course, if you encounter an organized car theft group that can easily take your car away, you can only say that you are out of luck.
