The possible reason why the open-circuit pointer of the megger E and L terminals does not indicate "∞": the voltage circuit is open (the moving coil is broken, the guide wire is desoldered, and the additional resistance is blocked).


deal with:

(1) Measure the resistance of the voltage loop, find the break point, and eliminate it.

(2) If the coil break point is on the connector, reconnect it. If the break point is inside, rewind the moving coil or replace it with a new one of the same model.

(3) Weld or replace the detached guide wire or damaged resistor.
